The thesis, the demo, and the gallery.

The thesis is a three-book series on AI-assisted software delivery. The demo is this website, prompted into existence on Lovable in a single afternoon. The gallery is the rest of the apps I've shipped on Lovable while writing the books — each one a different test of the Micro-Waterfall methodology in the wild.
